I disagree with you as to your comment we live in a police state. The officers secured a search warrant from a judge based on probable cause. If as you say the warrant contained no basis in fact you had a right to file a civil suit for violating your civil rights. Mistakes are made but that is what the courts are there for. We live in a great country where individuals do in fact have rights and officers must act in accordance with the law. I’m on the highway to hell ACDC shirt Just my view. I agree with everything you said, I sometimes think while people are recording? Just do what the police ask, I’m old school where I believe the police has the authority as long as they are not violating our rights, this wouldn’t have taken so long if the attorney would have eased their suspicions and let them search the car in the first place!
