The definition of “racism” is wide enough to cover anyone who makes a general presumption of a person based on his colour, sex or nationality. Americans do not know much about other nations. It should be, where based on those presumptions, the other person is abuse.

I’d really like to hear the prospective of the all the guys black and white that this guy works with… it would be interesting to see if they view each other as racist? I really think most people do not think their race is superior, I certainly do not! I do however think racism exists in all races. I can’t agree with you more. This is the sudden reality we are all faced with. We need to be conscious all the time about all our deeds to truly say we’re not racists. The truth is racism exist everywhere just in various forms with different names. How about the underlying assumption that only white people can be racist, and non whites are somehow immune from racism precisely because of what they look like? If that isn’t racist, I don’t know what is then. I hear you as this is what happens at my work place only it is usually against the aborigines. Things are slowly improving as management have a no tolerance with racism
