I started watching the very first day it aired and have not missed a an episode premier once. They perished along with several other Targaryens in a terrible fire at Summerhall the day Rhaegar was born . It’s not about Bran at all, although I’m sure, as with any old song , lots of the characters are connecting with it. In the books, it’s a very well known song.
