Game of thrones air arya shirt
One of the poorer directing jobs in modern TV. Looping scenes from the POV of the same characters. We could’ve been enriched with 20min of how the battle looked from the knight kings POV… Instead we suffer through garbage, samwell whimpering, archers shooting in the godswood and bran doing an eye roll for 20 extra min. This isn’t the time to experiment as a production team, and as a result the quality of this season has been kinda trash. Game of thrones air arya shirt The books were not afraid of going into the other chars POVs but it seems like this season has been hideous in terms of getting us full context People still crying about this? I mean, the White Walkers bring the Long Night, not the Bright Day. If you followed the legends of the walkers you know they mention this over and over, in the books, the show and the lores (part of the show), they bring darkness and ice.
I think it was great, the only thing missing was at least one fight with a white walker and some Ghost action, and maybe better use of the Dothraki. Honestly, leave the artistic design to the artists. The producers were wise to render us a final product that made it hard to see the details of the action. We well know from other battles that they are capable of showing everything in crisp detail if they want to. So if they didn’t, it was by choice. I applaud the decision since what you don’t see in a scene is way more terrifying than what you can see. Idiot directors like Michael Bay should take note. The episode was perfectly shot. None of you could have done any better. Don’t like your viewing experience? Invest in a better viewing setup. Don’t blame the producers.
