I work for customer service and I get like atleast 15 customers daily who use their vulnerablity or disability for goodwill gestures and then they turn in to vexatious ones and when we deny them any more goodwill gestures this is the same way they behave Ok so beczuse other people might use their problems as a way to get something, you now think all people with disabilities do it? Sorry, you’re wrong. This lady didn’t ask for anything but her order, she was told no. He had no reason to say no to her, he was being a ass for what ever reason, he could have easily done her order through the window instead but he chose to say no to her. It wasnt like she was doing this deliberately to cause a scene, she wanted her food.
