clearly you don’t understand that she has difficulties then…she is trying to prove the point that she can’t be treated like a normal human being and independent. No. Yes, he could have helped but at what point do you say no and demand change and respect for having the disability and getting the right service without someone doing it for you. just because she may be able to hear some words still doesn’t justify the way he treated her as a human being. I’m deaf but I consider myself hard of hearing because with hearing devices, I can hear but still have trouble when I can’t read people’s lips. If I don’t have hearing devices in, then I can’t hear shit. Her raising her tone is trying to get him to LISTEN to her instead of shooing her away. She’s trying to explain & get him to understand why she couldn’t hear the speaker and pulled up over and over again. ok, i just dont see why they need to complicate it by number 1, someone’s recording, number 2, she knows she’s deaf and im sure she knows how to work things around. Number 3, shes driving, so when someone honks at her and she doesnt hear it, thats a problem..
