A lot of moms don’t teach their boys anything they wait on them hand and foot. The greatest thing would be to teach them everything they need to survive and God forbid mom should get sick. It would be so sad. Yes and no. Every stay at home moms/dads wives/husbands need help at times. Unicorn dadacorn shirt I learned that recently. I work while my man stays home and cares for our son. I have to massive clean the house at times because he’s busy with our son. Most families I know have kids mowing the grass, also that is a once a week job not an everyday job as is cooking, laundry, dishes, cleaning, running kids places, homework, and so forth
since most homes now split the primary male job of the 50s providing an income they should also split what was considered women’s work in the 50s I dated a guy that actually told me at my age i should be trained to do what i’m told. I was in complete shock bcuz i didn’t think that sort of ideal was still imprinted on men (i say men bcuz that’s the gender i had relationships with – i’m sure it could go both ways). i had abusive, insulting and humiliating relationships my whole life and to find out i had done it again was devastating to me. I am grateful i never married him and got out of that situation but still stung to know that thought process is still out there.
