I have been working for this company for so many years. Being Handicapped, its hard to move your way up. But i did it. I shut my mouth, be on time, worked through lunch or after work many times but i ALWAYS do good on my job. My boss was tough. I cant say i don’t like her. That is not how I was raised. Was i stressed? Sometimes. But i was too good. When i told her I’m retiring. Sunflower elephant in a world where you can be anything be kind shirt Boy, did she flipped. If you do your work good, do a little bit more than other, you will never see your boss. Now im gone, i still have friends at work, not good. I had a job back in 2015 where I was completely mistreated and I was bullied and what my therapist would call institutional betrayal, as in I succeeded a project they gave me and turn over the quality of their work

Instead of reward I was threatened and coerce into signing and unfavorable contract and told I was not good enough . It ended with me having a panic attack (they didn’t give a shxt) and I quit and went into an relapse of depressive episode . Fast forward : I took care of my mental health , found myself a humane working environment and now whole and heal Don’t give in to bullying, and yes don’t let stress eat you up !! It is non negotiable that you need sleep
