my boy chuck, over $40.. two buddies that owned party stores. My boy proof who was rapper from Detroit .. and with all people I know, thousands, none killed by white person. Just saying. A lot of cities have taken away the part of a police officer having to live in which the city they are protecting. If we were to just look back in history, I’m a book dragon not a worm vintage shirt white officers use to police in thier own communities and blacks and other people of color policed in thier own as well. When it was made ok for outsiders to come in and police, that’s where a lot of the the problems begun. How can someone come in, and protect a community that they no nothing about?

That would be a great first step into turning things around. The reason why cops in the nice area have a different mindset when patrolling is b/c their gauards are down, laid back atmosphere, working class citizens, very little if any violent crimes, but if you took that same cop & put him in the bad neighborhood, their mindset & personality would flip. They’d constantly be on edge, assume everyone is “the culprit”, wouldn’t be very friendly at all. My point is this. Good cops don’t go to good neighborhoods & vice versa.They react off their surroundings!
