Brees still finished 2nd in MVP voting… the discussion we’re having here – he still put up historic stats and he can still carry a team if needed. Yeah, he didn’t throw as much last season but not from a lack of ability but a lack of necessity (a backfield of Kamara and Ingram took that pressure off).
