The art of the family sit down dinner is dying. The conversation at said dinner is dying even faster. We try to do this as often as we can and I hope our children will remember those times and traditions as they get older. I love that my son and his wife have dinner every night and ask each of the kids how was your day. I grew up that way, I did it with my family. Unless I’m sitting on your face my weight is none of your concern shirt I wish people would slow down and do this. Brings back so many wonderful childhood memories with my Mom, wish kids today could experience and thrive from gathering together as a family. A lot are missing out on so much! My daughter Fawn was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma in 2004 at the age of 4.

I forgot to be positive recently but after watching this I have to remember “don’t sweat the little things” and number one is be postitive.
