And I don’t believe this is about Trump this is about a soldier that served and was deported and my question was how they let him serve Not as lean still as mean always a navy veteran shirt when he wasn’t legal the reason trump is relevant in this conversation is because these are the types of policies that trump pushes. Hes an awful person and if we want to stop this from happening we need to get trump out of office.

I am with everyone else, you serve this country then citizenship should be automatic, it is shameful this man was deported, that any service man or woman is. They fought and were willing to die for us and that is more than most that are born here can say. So how does this happen? I was under the impression that if you where not legal and you served in the military your citizen status process begins? How did he serve for those years and at the end he was deported? Not as lean still as mean always a navy veteran shirt I’m curious about the shooting and jail that got his green card revoked. That’s why he was deported. I will say that I’m very happy he was pardoned and can finally come home. Guys, his daughter has been stateside without him for 14 years. Need a better transition to citizenship when serving in the military. You service, you automatically get citizenship. Should have always been like that.
the very thought that he’s illegal has people freaking out god forbid they acknowledge the medals on his uniform let alone that he served for this very country. Crazy how someone can fight for a nation that won’t even fight for them. but not permanently. I don’t mean any disrespect to anyone I’m just asking a question. I personally think an option should be to put em straight thru the military and once they get out they are a full blown citizen that’s a patriot! it’s in conjunction with their enlistment. Both are done at the same time and citizenship interviews tests etc are conducted at bct. Then citizenship is contingent on completion of bct One look at the campaign/service ribbons and medals on his uniform is all the documentation he needed to remain in the United States as a citizen. It may be prudent to determine what agency and specific staff approved his deportation and put them on the next scheduled deep space probe. We don’t need them here. We need any unjustly “deported” military personnel back “home” if they’ll have us.
