The man makes sense they are not anti cop but anti bad cops and I see them around not paying at restaurants, some go as far to be hit by a car slightly and demand money from the drivers. Padding women especially black women and going beyond…. and so many more stories even the internal affairs that are supposed to protect civilians from bad cops can be faking and protect them I know of one such case.
