he does die….. sooner or later and his friends take a tony stark from another dimension about 14 years old to replace him.. He and that same tony were saving the world and the original dimension tony makes a sacrifice and dies leaving the younger teenage tony stark. the reactor went out in the other 2 movies, so when it does go out its apparently not a big deal, but even then if it keeps him alive why doesn’t he die permanently when it goes out? In an altertnate luniverse there was another tony but younger as iron man.. he helps tony out aand the older original tony dies and leaves the younger tony stark. He cant die theres still Avengers 2 he has to be in,Guardians of the Galaxy,and my dream movie,Justice League vs Avengers in that movie Iron Man vs Superman,would love to see that battle No he will not die yet richard kallao nope… avengers 2 is coming and most likely 3. I just can’t wait for spiderman to join the avengers.. it may happen in avengers 2. why do I say this spider man 2 (the amazing spiderman) is not currently filming people. I was no refrencing iron lad though.. there is another tony stark who is younger in another dimension and is iron man at a earlier time who helps tony stark and when tony dies he takes his place. Anyone who’s geeky enough to have actually read the Iron Man Extremis comic knows that he dies shortly after getting the risky Extremis surgery, but then he comes back to life on the O.R. table. That is assuming that Iron Man 3 actually follows the comic book storyline of course.
