I’m guessing you haven’t read the hundreds of comments about this issue. Yes, it is. Sorry, Not sorry. Their site crashed. They handled this ticket event poorly and to have a lot of their staff out of town during this when they knew the amount of traffic their sites were going to get potentially resulting in said crash is just stupidity. Its because it takes so long to load that by the time it processes the seats you chose, they have already been sold to someone else. they here in Vegas but I doubt everyone is, it’s a convention for GMs and such. It’s not like it was cinemark choice to release tickets on the same weekday as their convention. Relax. Having a convention for movie people at the same time tickets go on sale for what is likely to be highest opening weekend of all time has got to be the absolute worst planning/scheduling I have ever heard of in my entire life. So glad I saved up credits for four months that I now can’t use because your site won’t function. Sad that I had to go through Fandango and spend all kinds of money on higher priced tickets and fees! I shouldn’t have to do that, you all should have more respect for your movie club members! If I don’t get some sort of refund for the overage I basically had to pay I will be leaving the movie club! What should have only cost me about $25 cost me over $60 on Fandango
