This has brought tears to my eyes. I am going through a life transition after a long marriage of 30 years. I truly believe that a closed door opens other doors. Hard some days when you don’t understand why a door has closed. On the positive side, I am finding myself. Sometimes we just need to hear these words So tremendously true, I could be playing his role myself and I have the most tremendous life, since I am doing what I am doing now. It happen to me after 17 years with a company, but God new exactly what he was doing.. God blessed me beyond what i ever thought (double for my trouble) and now I’m walking in overflow. Make peace with the process! It’s all apart of your kouneynand his plan.

It would be funny if his new business was delivering cars to their new owners. I mean obviously in my head he loves it and gets to drive porches all day, but his previous manager thinks that’s his car when he’s actually just going into the building to drop the key off omg that would be perfect. I agree with decision to letting him go. He wasn’t performing to requisite standards. Great that he was able to succeed in alternative venture. A very difficult even painful duty of management is to terminate good people who aren’t fulfilling expectations. I watched this two days ago…this is exactly how it happens. I’ve seen it. This reminds me of my last employer…the general manager will say we are looking for numbers…they really did not care for patients…only what they got out of their pocket
