they were notified illegals were in the car. they just didnt want to escalate the situation end of story they will just get grabbed later. dude he was speaking to an ATTORNEY on the phone and said he’d be there so either the cops stayed and waited for the attorney to arrive or leave the scene because the cops had no probable cause to pull the driver over. dont get mad at the driver for knowing the law better than the cops. knowledge really is power.
