The cat looked like it didn’t want to be bothered by either of them. No I’m not claiming animal abuse because it’s not. She could have used her other hand to hold the other cat from falling also but was recording instead. So no it doesn’t look like she was that concerned. Calm down people, it’s highly unlikely that she/he is biting her/him in an aggressive way. Often this sort of behavior is associated with discipline and teaching of manners.
