Those cops need to be up to date on laws and not just make them up. Thank God the driver is white and not black. He would have been arrested if he was black. My fear and the cause of much bad blood today is if this brave, smart man were not an attorney and if he had been a teenager, etc., anyone he could target and bully…and more than likely pull out of the car/slam to the ground physically removing recording device. Happens much too often the officer mocked him for being an attorney and driving for Uber, but the money earned driving for Uber is probably going towards paying off his student loans! This young man has more education than the officer. Just a bully officer. He gives police officers a bad reputation. As I watched this I worried for him that any of the scenarios you mentioned would happen and ruin his career. I have a son in law who is a cop. I have a son who cops have beaten up.
