If anything her grandma needs to relax and be more understanding. Tourettes espiecally in a child/teen (even adults) can be very violent and the people who have this syndrome can not control it. It is an involuntary thing that they literally are unable to control which makes a life hard to live due to the constant movements, repetitive cussing, anger outbursts, hitting themself, hitting others, throwing them self’s to the ground etc. She does not mean to hurt her grandma in anyway, it is something she is unable to control. it’s not something she’s in control of.
