White privelege is the birth right alotted to you due to systematic racism based on the color of your skin. Unfortunately, in our country, politicians see human rights as birth right based on race, thus the idea of redlining is born. Think about it; how do you think those in charge chose areas to redline? Skeleton you could dance whiskey shirt Because of these redlines, people with the same skill set are alotted less opportunities to be successful, thus perpetuating a cycle of generations in poverty based on the ideology present in racism. What I mean by saying you are “crying out in white privelege” is that you haven’t likely, nor will you if you haven’t now, experience the hand of your own government denying

you opportunity based on decade old mindsets of racism. You, sir, would have benefited from white privelege in our society by likely never having to experience not receiving funding, loans, jobs and other opportunities simply because you are white. Also, just because you have black friends, and read the news paper, doesn’t mean you understand the hand of racism. That’s like saying I understand what it means to be black, because my husband is black; I have a window into the issue, but I’ll never fully understand the oppression he has personally experienced. Maybe you should ask for wisdom on the subject of racism from your “black friends” and expand your worldviews.
