I would say it’s the opposite. Veganism is like a religion/ideology. You are not allowed to eat other things than what the ideology prescribes (similar to halal food/kosher food and for example alcohol and pork being completely haram). Atheism for food, would be you can eat all but with moderation. vegan for 4 years and perfectly healthy, this is bullshit. Animals are not alive for us to eat, they are alive because they deserve to have a life without fear of being tortured and murdered for your selfish desires and ignorance. That has always been my argument. If we were all meant to be vegan, why were we not created with 4-stomach compartments and why do we have canine teeth? we certainly don’t have the teeth of lions! yes please do look at the real evidence from independent research not bogus industry funded studies. The REAL evidence overwhelmingly shows meat as toxic to our bodies Well my mom is a nutritionist and it’s actually proven that dairies are bad for your health as well as meat (less or more depending on which kind of meat you eat) So what about you let people eat whatever they want and respect the fact that some people are smart and brave enough to rearrange their whole diet to what is best for the environment and their health? Don’t criticize vegans and try to make their cause look lame, even more because you have no arguments proving your point.
