there have been countless tails of men putting their own lives at risk for the comfort of women. I’m not necessarily saying that things should change on that realm either, I love being a grandma flamingo shirt but would it kill women to cut men a little slack, at least enough so to not blame them directly for the problems then want men to solve for them?

You are very upset, its evident by your posts. Instead of thinking rationally you are making things up to complain about. That phrase isn’t the meme calling men that. Its saying its a privilege to get upset at that phrase (like you are) when women are facing actual abuse. Who? Me? Intervene with what specifically? What exactly are my responsibilities in doing so? Who made it my responsibility to intervene? I do my part the same way most good men and women alike do their part, I love being a grandma flamingo shirt by living my life in a manner that does not harm others, encouraging others for doing the same, and chastising those that do cause harm to others.

If they commit a criminal act and I witness it in any form, I bear witness to it, which is more then most Americans do male and female alike they might make a video and put it up on facebook, but when it comes to actually prosecuting criminals in a court of law “I didn’t see nothing” has become a far too common mantra. But that goes for both sides, I will be just as quick to call out a woman that would cause harm as I would a man. I’m here because this showed up on my feed and I absolutely object at the notion that raging against a legitimate issue gives cause to create a separate more dangerous issue. Men have always paid attention to women’s suffering apparently you’ve missed the fairy tales and the romanticized stories of idealized life, from past to present
