In the early 2000s, young British middle-class urbanites adopted the baseball hat as part of their standard uniform. However, high-end versions of the cap have been created by fashion houses such as A.P.C., Burberry, Brunello Cucinelli, Gucci, and Kenzo, bringing it into the realm of luxury fashion.
