AB, have you always had all those tattoos? Strangely, I don’t remember noticing them before. Hey, you look GREAT even if I’m not a big fan of tattoos. Am currently re-reading your book “Kitchen Confidential,” BTW. Anyone hear of genetics? If you don’t eat processed garbage, actually get up off the recliner, exercise and have a family history of slim people. ..I’m the same age as Tony and, believe me, you have to work at staying slender at this age. Yes they made mistakes and bad decisions and ffffed up plenty and rebelled and lived in Subcultures on the fringes of regular average mainstream society, sometimes as outlaws..like someone I know:), but they sought and have gained”redemption” whatever the hell that means. They make music, they travel the World ,they prepare food and serve the Community.
