Tonight isn’t looking too good but I agree. All they need is 2 wins in this series. On a side note, I’ve never seen Tanaka look this bad. I really hope he’s not playing with an injury I’m singling out Tanaka because he’s been getting hammered and it’s not like him. The way Porcello is pitching though Tanaka may have a full five day rest before the 2nd inning. Lol. Who have they beat? They’ve beat up on Tampa all year, 6-1 vs Boston, 4-2 vs Minnesota, just took 3 of 4 from Houston. And again they have the BEST record in the league against winning teams. I’m also not sure how you can say the east is weak considering that the top 3 teams have combined for more wins than the top 3 teams in any other division. Again, I cant argue that the rotation has looked terrible these last few games, but they had just went on a pretty long run of pitching (in your words) good enough to win. We agree on some things, but this definitely isn’t one because I’m not ready to wave the white flag yet
