Sad thing is he probably stayed as long as he did because the other coworkers and bosses were good but when one is totally against you you’ll only make yourself sick no matter how hard you try or how many other people has your back it only takes one person to totally destroy a persons spirit and make them a ball of anxiety. And that’s the sad part how one bad apple can destroy everything Dealt with this for 7 years. So glad it’s over. Not everyone can quit right away. I think sometimes management takes advantage of this. It was bad the first few years, but I managed. Towards the end I couldn’t take it anymore. 1 bad leader turned into 2. Ended up with PTSD. Now I love my job and know the difference between a good and bad leader.
