Separate the message and the sender from you! wow this reminds me of someone, gives all the work to everyone else to do, never at work, always leaving early, promises staff meetings and support but is never at work working to follow through. Working on there own shit and planning how to climb the ladder in the community and working out who he has to fuck to get him there. I think working is stressful for 99% of the people, and we have to find ways to stay sane and healthy.
