But at my current company the female dominated customer service position, which make more then sales, are slow always taking time off and I believe that God is good even when life is not shirt out of the building by 4:45 everyday and complain about the work load constantly. What worries me in watching this and reading some of the comments is most people have a world view of privilege and oppression that lacks almost any understanding of the other side. Both have plenty of each. only focused on the ones other people have and they lack. We all would benefit for taking a little time to try and get some understanding of each other instead of pushing the divide that’s clearly growing. I believe that God is good even when life is not shirt Everyone isn’t equal. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses. We should, however, all be given an opportunity to either rise or fall on our own merits, regardless of race, or gender, or sexual identity. On that note, I don’t think we should blameeveryone else for our own perceived failures. You need to take responsibility for your own actions.

If you fail, YOU fail. Don’t blame someone else because you weren’t good enough at your chosen tasks. I fully support my daughters and know the can be what they want to be. But if they don’t succeed, it’s because of themselves. Noone else shares the blame. I agree with you for the most part but sometimes we can fail because of other people for instance I have an awful sister she would get a job sleep with all the men of the women she worked with there and wouldn’t do her job and because I’m her little sister I didn’t get a couple of job because of her. So that was not my fault totally hers.
