it has never worked and never will. How are things working out in Venezeuela not so good. Her day starts with a coffee and ends with a wine shirt I have friends and my Sis in law is from there. The horror stories they tell me is sad. I have friends i may never see again. So why is socialisim so great it’s not.
Her day starts with a coffee and ends with a wine shirt
Socialism supplants God with the State. The State becomes all-powerful, almighty, the source of all values and blessings. It is idolatry. Look at People like Bernie sanders has millions he doesn’t care about people just his wealth and power Are you serious the govt taking money away from citizens will not make them better people….that is not what Jesus was referring to and neither did any of the holy people you mentioned.. Her day starts with a coffee and ends with a wine shirt in fact Pope John Paul II railed against it. you’ll are right because strict individualism is what the Bible teaches for humankind. Jesus taught us not to “love our neighbor as we love ourselves” but taught us to “gain as much money for ourselves”. I think I’m quoting that right.
That’s exactly what the Gospels teaches. Now I see it…. It doesn’t teach to “be your brother’s keeper” and to provide for the poor, orphans, widows and “unto the least of these” but to cater to the powerful and worship Mammoth; the GOD of money. Thank you for helping me see the gospel of Jesus through the eyes of you’ll dry Right Wing American Christianity. Ive been seeing wrong all this time. This version of Christianity will sure come in handy in the day of judgement that Mattew 25 previews. Forgive me for being sarcastic. My point is that as Christians and God’s Church we’re called to be “as Christ” was in the world. Not any political party of man, or be like John Paul (as great as he was). We’re to follow Jesus. Please go read the Four Gospels and measure that over and against the statements above and see how “Christ-like” they are.

You show an impressive display emotion in your posts. First thing is First. Jesus is NOT a socialist. He is a humanitarian. These are two very different ideas. They are two very different ways of treating people. You are correct in that Jesus spent his entire ministry feeding and ministering to other(not just the poor) he did it free of charge,He did it free of obligation from others. When Jesus fed the 5000 he did not take food from others to give to the poor. When he healed the sick he did not take the health of those who where healthy and give it to the sick. When he taught he taught all who came to listen to him, the rich, the poor, the sick the healthy. Women an dmen, adults and childernWhat you seem to not understand is that socialism takes from from people and gives to others. This is what goes against what Jesus taught, what he lived for and what he died for.
