I just cant wrap my head around the cruelty in this world. We are human beings all with a background good, bad, happy, sad, highs and lows. Lets not tear eachother down but pick eachother up. Love and kindness are free and so easily given but yet people choose the opposite. My heart hurts for everyone and anyone who experienced any type of bullying and hate. Make love not war. Love is free and so rewarding. Kindness goes a long way. It’s great when you ignore other people’s negative comments! Congrats so far, don’t give up, the road ahead may be tough but accomplishment is a great feeling and will encourage you to do more than you thought possible that’s not an easy thing with all of the chemicals in the food we eat. It confuses the body so, weight loss is very difficult. I try to remember that no matter who you are, there is always people who will abuse you, hate you, and bully you for their own personal enjoyment. Most often you’ll never change their mind or make them see the light. They have their own demons and rather than work on themselves they take it out on someone else. The day you stop, with your whole heart, caring about what other think is the day you become free.
