It amazes me the looks I get when I tell people I am the only one of my sisters (its 5 of us ) that only has a Bachelor’s degree. People (White) say ..”All your sisters have Masters”…. Dark wolf pain is your friend pain is your ally shirt then its like a moment of complete disbelief. Now do u think if I was White would the be disbelief? So yes racism is alive and well.

First let me start by saying that it is not right for your Dad to have judgement passed on him because of his tattoos and bald head. However, his tattoos he choose to get. He may or may not have choose to be bald. Now for a person of color there was no choice. You were born the color you are. U cant put a long sleeve shirt on or a wig to cover your color. I am not saying all White people are racist. I do, however, Dark wolf pain is your friend pain is your ally shirt believe that some White think they arent but if they checked their thought patterns they would realize they do have preconceived notions of how a certain race would act in different situations. Example, most of the White people I know when the two police officers got shot this last week were shocked it was a White man. The just assumed it was a Black person.

I have a very good friend of mines whose daughter graduated from Brown and is now attending Vanderbilt. When i say this people (White) look at me funny. It has even gone as some of them asking to see a pic of her. They cant come right out as ask “is she White”…but they are shocked that a Black young lady could have attended and is now attending these schools. I have other examples, but Ill stop there. If you were to ask these people are you racist, they would be insulted and say absolutely not. Also Simona Draksaite “institutional racism” is a term that was made up to for White people. Yes affirmative action was created to level the playing field. But dont get confused. The playing field is still not level. See your Grandfather, could apply for any job, work his way up, bring in your Father, he could work his way up….and so on. My Grandfather could not even walk in the door…to work his way up….so he couldnt bring my Father in for him to work his way up.
