well these people that are commenting are the most ignorant and judge mental people. There are plenty of stories like your friend not being able to maintain veganism But they are liars right my sister was a liar as well Right I seen her waist away it gets sicker after 10 years of being a vegan. And if veganism is so perfect how do you do it wrong can someone answer that. Now that she eat a balanced diet he is much healthier.
