Companies have no problem providing employee evaluations but often times forget that management and how they ‘manage their employees’ need a full 360 evaluation.

We have to move away from that factory mentality of managing people…into a leadership position…true leaders don’t feel threatened by the people they work with…they see others as part of a network and each person vital to the whole process…they encourage growth…they lead…most of the greatest leaders in history didn’t want the fame of their strengths (with the exception of Alexander the Great and a few others) Halloween the west oh honey I’m the wicked witch of everything shirt but in any case, they all had something in common, they cared about who they were leading and accepted diversity You’re right it’s not my manager’s job to handle my mental health issues but I’ll be damned

if anyone would ever make me feel like that and I would stick around for more than 6 months to put up with it. I’ve walked out on jobs because bosses had that much attitude. Yeah I know I’m replaceable, but I damn well walk away with my head held high knowing that I deserve better Glad that younger generations dont put up with the BS we did because We were so scared it was the last job. As I get older I realize a job is just a job there many jobs out there and your family and your health should come before any freaking job
