I wanted to ask firstly how and what can I do to forgiv them and be done with it because I said inside me I have forgiven this person but from time to time I still think about what they have done and I get hurt again. So please tell me precisely what to do and how to forgive them because I want to really move on with life and attain my different objectifs.
