We have interviewed for weeks, sometimes months before hiring someone for a position. But we have found through the years that no matter what we do, there’s always going to be a certain percentage of key employees

who leave even after you’ve made every effort to make their work environment as pleasant and stress free as possible. you offer more them most jobs however know it is hard to find people with good work ethic the generation know think they have the right with out working hard . It goes both ways I have the most terrific boss after having a horrible one. I never take him for granted because I have seen the dark side. He is younger than me with less experience but I love how he listens to my concerns.
