All need the same meds,supply’s etcetc but ive only got enough for 25. The 1st 25 are the most sickly and chances are they wont survive with or without the meds. The other 25 would most likely survive with meds but die without them. So now does he loose ALL 50 because he wasted the meds on folks that were not gonna survive or only loose 25 because he used the meds where they were going to save people.
