We all really need to learn to try to see each other in better light regardless of skin, religion, sex, or any other demographic. I’m not saying I’m a saint. The Lord knows my heart and my faults. because its “ok when the coloured person” isnt there.. but just because your behind closed doors doesnt shy away from the fact that you did in fact say those things and even just thinking them in your head makes you a RACIST whether its an extreme version of racism or not Oh well then Nathan and Sofia, and anyone else who said “Others do it too” as if that makes it alright! Responding to a problem by pointing out someone else engaging in negative behaviour is just a lazy, evasive answer. Yeah, I can look into my heart and find racism there sometimes. And when I do, I do my best to call myself out on it, acknowledge it’s presence and think about what it represents.
