This October, Tiffany & Co. presents the third and final collection of BOTANICA: Blue Book 2022 with a fresh and distinctive energy that includes floral themes that are a specialty from the Tiffany & Co archives. such as wisteria, magnolia, and orchid. Jean Schlumberger’s famous floral jewelry themes are also reinterpreted through hand-crafted creations with extraordinary gem combinations. A ravishing garden opens up in front of the famous jeweler’s Fall 2022 Blue Book collection.
The Wisteria theme of the Fall 2022 Blue Book haute couture collection is inspired by the shapes and colors of Louis Comfort’s iconic table lamps from the Art Nouveau period. Artisans at the famous jeweler’s haute couture studio have recreated the wisteria petals on the lampshade with hand-engraved chalcedony stones. “The Wisteria jewelry theme is an homage to the graceful wisteria in Tiffany’s archives,” said Victoria Wirth Reynolds, Gems Director and Vice President of Tiffany & Co.
The beautiful blue-violet wisteria petals are meticulously crafted over two years to achieve the ideal gradation. Individually arranged pear-shaped sapphires and diamonds nestled among the petals, accenting the translucent color of the chalcedony.
The Wisteria Necklace is a masterpiece of modern jewelry crafted by more than 20 skilled artisans. In addition to the details of long wisteria petals that follow the delicate lines on the woman’s neck, the body of the rope is an impressive highlight with the familiar ribbon motif studded with alternating diamonds and sapphires on purpose to create an ombré effect.

One of the signature aesthetics of the designs created by Jean Schlumberger, the entirely hand-formed “vines” detail is the basis of The Vigne Necklace. 12 oval rubellites totaling more than 330 carats, more than 50-carat cabochon emeralds, and 10-carat brilliant round diamonds, all interwoven and connected by exquisite 18k yellow gold “vines”.
