The material used in the Mexican 66 Cactful shoe reduces CO2 emissions during production by about 84.8%. In addition to the main part of the shoe, other parts such as the insoles and shoelaces are also made of recycled materials.

Mexico 66 Cactful is available in colors specially made for the Onitsuka Tiger to enhance the signature soft texture of the cactus-derived material. The bold yet elegant pastel palette, difficult to produce with real leather, demonstrates the suppleness and strength of the cactus. To maximize the strength of this material’s lightweight, Onitsuka Tiger also paid special attention to the design of the midsole to provide a comfortable fit.
