forgiveness doesn’t let them off the hook, it lets you off. To my daughter I can’t promise you that I will be here mug it’s the christian way, as we look at jesus he said father forgive them when he hung on the cross paying for all our wrongs which we battle to let go of. but it is is finished!!! he has taken every wrong thing that has been done to us

OMG so true as the toxins that are in our minds seep into our bodies. Love this video as it is just so true as to what we are and do do to ourselves without being mindful of the overall impact that it has. forgiveness isn’t for them, forgiveness is for you! resentment, bitterness, anger…those are bi-products of someone’s bad actions To my daughter I can’t promise you that I will be here mug and therefore they belong to them! it’s so much easier said than done. so many of us have major emotional blocks that prevent us from moving past pain

and in to forgiveness. i have been one of those people for most of my life until i found an amazing technique called emotional release therapy. it is all about releasing the emotional charge towards a person or situation and then visualizing full forgiveness for the person who offended or hurt you. it’s incredibly powerful and effective. i’ve tried emdr, traditional therapy, meds…but emotional release has changed my life in the best way. remember
