Depression is very real. It is debilitating, I have literally frozen, almost like a brain freeze. I take hand fulls of meds am and pm, scary, what’s it doing to my kidneys, my liver. I have to survive or die. Dying has been options but I got help and survived. It’s not fun, I do love life and what it consists of but depression will knock one down. story is similar to me but I make myself happy in what ever I am This is the age of sin reject the order of creation shirt when ever I get disturbed I think of happy days God has given us life to live not to destroy… Sometimes it’s difficult to be alone but managed to be happy

Yeah the reality is between our real life and our visual life has not only lots but Huge. It’s up to the person if he or she wants to lie on with visual or real!!! Excellent. Especially those last lines by Williams. Very true. I too did underwent those depressive days and even till now. Yes, I too tried to live for others and thought they would be pleased, but NOT. It is well said, first you love yourself and live for yourself. Try to enjoy every moment. Think of those happy moments and erase those sour moments.

This is so powerful and emotionally true for so many of us. We need to make real friendships that you can talk on the phone too or drop by, but it appears we want more followers than real people sometimes, get in touch with your heart every second or third text from someone make the next a phone call, be real in their life and yours. A text with smiley faces does not connect with the persons emotional state of mindfulness
