The atmosphere this season did well to capture 80’s/teenagers/been-there-done-that-saving-the-world-again vibe, Steve harrington ahoy ladies it’s this stupid hat I’m telling you stranger things 3 shirt which I think was grittier through season one and two overall because the atmosphere and battling all the nasties was first being introduced and sussed out.

If you saw the end of season 2, you would literally remember that the military cleaned everything before they locked the place up. Also sealing the gateway rift. Not even the green goo looks the same. No show or movie has ever wasted time to cover pointless details like where does Max get money cause those are no brainers. Doing so will divert the audiences attention from the story, the show wouldn’t be popular

if they wasted time. And if all that dumb rambling wasn’t bad enough, you make icing with the snowflake comment when there’s no politics involved or brought up. Go get a hobby cause you literally have no argument left. Not enough mind flayer, too much romance ( which always kills the entire series), too focused on the Russians then what Billy and Mind Flayer were trying to achieve, first 4 were too slow, should’ve had more upside down in this series…..that was the scariest place and they didnt take anyone there again I can’t say I’ve really found much of it scary, but they do tend to have a dark and gory factor that differs each season.
