but i have a family to support and need to make them happy. I try not to let stuff stress me out, Sometimes I get road rage walking behind people in the grocery store shirt but sometimes it’s very hard. Although I loved my colleagues and learners I quit my job because my boss told me that neither death or sickness would stop anyone from reporting to work and that everything else was insignificant while at work. I dont bring home as much money on the job I have now, but i gave peace of mind and i am not exhausted physically I work with great people now and a great boss. Sometimes I get road rage walking behind people in the grocery store shirt Never once have I saw her have a temper tantrum like a five year old. Best thing that has ever happened to me to go where I work with grown ups not a spoiled brat and how can we manage our mental if the company we’re in now abandon its responsible and recklessly late on pay off the salary and show favouritism among the department.

how can we manage our mental in this situation? Leaders, however, should create a positive working environment where employees are appreciated! Our mental health might be on our hand but the workplace shouldn’t be creating an environment that triggers the negative stress in us . Stress is needed for sure but only the positive stress. I work for Walmart 7 years now and I have these days myself
