Why you people not incorporating some painless method to take out the straw???? Just make it senseless or give anesthesia before taking out that straw… Watching that itself is so painful… The turtle is crying in pain… You guys should hv given some sedative or I don’t know some medicine to pull that thing off from turtle’s nose.. Did you guys let him go bleeding like that!?? Literally tears roll out of my eyes. What a spectacular job! You saved the life of that turtle from suffocation and death. Kudos to you all. Let us take a solemn pledge to stop using plastic in all forms. I’m old enough to remember when the environmental movement advocated to move away from paper products and use plastic. The argument was that using paper meant killing trees, and deforestation. Also, burning paper trash contributed to air pollution. I remember the push toward plastic shopping bags in particular…
