I feel like in part this is true, we have so much to do in the day and at night we are sometimes too tired, but I will say having hormone levels checked is a good idea. I had severe pain with sex for years and it got better for a while when my last daughter was born and some of my sex drive came back but not all of it. I was still just so tired and didn’t feel like I had the energy for sex. When I got hormone replacement pellets my sex drive came back plus some. Because for me it wasn’t that I was just too tired, I literally had no drive at all.
