which I would to an extent agree with but also believe this is subjective and there would be many men who are just as affected. At the end of the day it does not matter. Love pink pumpkin breast cancer awareness month shirt Cancer is cancer and it is bad and definitely not a competition as to who gets it worse or who is more affected by it. It’s horrible.

Laurel you say you’ve been attacked on here but I feel you was particularly cruel to Claire almost mocking her that her dad is without a nipple. How dare you. As a nurse this is shocking. So you made your point but went completely the wrong way about it. I think you were totally out of order in many of the statements you have made. This is an emotional subject for people and just a bit of empathy before posting would go a long way. Love pink pumpkin breast cancer awareness month shirt I should not need to tell a nurse that!! Although I think it is poorly presented, I do think that you actually make some valid points on what some women go through facing breast cancer.
The thing is, as an experienced oncology nurse, you should know that the comparison of one patients journey over another, especially on a public forum, is unacceptable. As a breast cancer survivor (and health care provider), I would NEVER diminish another survivor’s experience. As stated earlier, I agree with much of what you said about women’s experiences with breast cancer. It definitely can effect our femininity. What you have neglected to include, though, is that scars are not just skin deep. The very fact that a man got “breast” cancer, can effect his own view on his masculinity.
