As a Giants fan, I had nothing but respect for the 49ers. We knew each time we played them it would Joe montana joe cool the comeback kid 16 shirt be one epic football game. I was heartbroken when the Giants won the NFC championship game to get to Super Bowl 25. Glad the Giants won it though.

I can’t stand the 49ers but I will bow to Joe Montana. You sir are a legend and arguably the best ever. If I had to pick any quarter back to take my team on a final drive to win the game you would be that guy. Football was tougher back then. You never heard JM’s name on a cheating scandal did you? So don’t put certain names next to Joe’s when they are involved in a lot of questionable situations. Plain and simple. Was there any sweeter sound than this? Joe montana joe cool the comeback kid 16 shirt “Montana drops back to throw, hits Rice over the middle, touchdown 49ers!” Lon Simmons Thanks Joe, you’re the best! I don’t think it’s possible to hate on cool Joe. Like Jordan or Gretzky or Ruth. Some names are just synonymous with greatness that everyone appreciates. Happy birthday mr. Montana!
Get it and hang out with it

You and the rest of the team have provided so much happiness to our family! My earliest memory is of my Dad having a heated discussion with a Raider fan and of course from there on I was a Niner fan. We were able to give my Dad a football signed by you and the entire team when you won the first Super Bowl. This was my Dad’s most prized possession. Just want you to know the happiness you and the gang have provided for our family. Pats fans are still fairly new. Give em slack. They don’t even know Montana was his idol or that he grew up a huge 49er fan. Or that he played in a totally different era but still use skewed stats to imply he’s better than his idol. Don’t be too hard on them The difference in the league between the 80’s and today is comically different. Today’s league makes is far too easy for an offense, especially in the passing game. Brady gets hit it’s a penalty and an extra set of downs. Montana got hit and that was it. Not penalty. No extra downs.
