I can categorically state that work can be the sole stressor in a person’s life. I believe the manner with which we handle the stress at work, will undoubtedly be informed by past experiences, but this is very complex and frequently multifactorial. I completely agree and understand your point. But there are many places that lack control, discipline and direction. Having rules and regulations and chain of command is very important in a work place. If there is none of that problems start so I don’t think it’s always the individual at fault.
