Sorry but women who have some kind of standards actually want a man and not a girly boy. Lot of these “nice guys” arent actually at all. What you gotta be is a nice guy with an edge. I think many women don’t think they’re worthy of love, so they immediately disrespect any guy who respects them. It’s like the old Groucho Marx adage: “I don’t want to belong to any club that would accept someone like me as a member”. Sucks ass being only friends with someone you love. Ofcourse I am so happy and privileged to have her in my life in any context and being only friends is really my own doing. Unfortunately for me I’m in too deep now and now seeing the girl I love talking about having kids and marrying the guy she is with, she visited me just before Christmas and we got a coffee and looked at baby clothes
